Friends today i am going to show you the real/best method by which a video can be converted.I know most of geeks like you use to convert video time and again for your own purposes.Most of the people convert videos for their mobile phones which they download from youtube (in most cases) which remains in flv format and cant be played by mobile phone,so conversion becomes necessary.Many people convert videos for other purposes too,exactly like me.I use to convert videos for my DVD player,i dont watch them on laptop.The reason is bass,which cant be given by laptop speakers,other reason is that i use my laptop for working purposes only.

So,while converting a video you have to pay attention to 2 important things which are
1.Bitrate
2.Resolution

One other feature is frame rate,but it is relatively less important.So what you have to do is to check the properties of the source video and find out components like bitrate,framerate,resolution etc. then put the same in the software which you are using for video converting.Bitrate is the most important feature for video converting on which your video quality and size depends,higher the bitrate,higher the quality and file size too and vice versa.If you are converting video for mobile phone you can change the resolution as per your screen,to get smaller size.

I recommend using "Any Video Converter" which i use,i have 17-18 video converters but i prefer this because of its user friendly interface.
TIP-Many times windows doesnt show the details for videos,so i recommend you to download mediainfo.After downloading and installing it,you have to just right click on a video and click "mediainfo".It will display complete information.

How to batch convert Tivo to MPEG-2 for Adobe Premiere Elements 10? 
Step 1. Load TiVo files.

You can directly drag and drop the TiVo files to the software, or click "Add" button to locate and import the TiVo files into the TiVo converter.



Tip: When first loading, this TiVo Converter will ask you to input your Media Access Key. Enter your Media Access Key, and click "OK" to confirm.



Step 2. Choose Premiere preferred format

Click "Convert" button to start encoding TiVo to MPEG-2(.mpg) for Adobe Premiere Elements 10; it will convert all the files in queue. When the conversion task is completed, click "Open" button to get the exported files quickly. Now load these videos to Premiere Elements 10 for editing.
